Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient ETL processes to integrate data from diverse sources.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Perform data profiling and validation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of datasets.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data pipeline issues to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all ETL workflows, data mappings, and system architectures.
- Assist in the migration and transformation of legacy data into modern cloud-based data warehouses.
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive strategic business decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in data analysis and ETL development.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, Pentaho, or cloud-native tools like AWS Glue/Azure Data Factory).
- Knowledge of data modeling techniques (Star Schema, Snowflake) and warehouse architecture.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a contract-based role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
