In this role, you will become the backbone of our financial intelligence operations, helping to drive informed decision-making that supports the rapid growth of our core business units.
As part of our Finance department, you will sit at the intersection of accounting, financial strategy, and technology. You will translate complex financial datasets into actionable insights, build robust reporting frameworks, and optimize existing processes to enhance our operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain automated financial dashboards and reporting tools to support HQ decision-making.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on financial performance, identifying trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and enhance data accuracy across financial systems.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes through predictive modeling and trend analysis.
- Monitor and evaluate financial KPIs, ensuring alignment with corporate strategic objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations and data visualizations for senior leadership to communicate complex financial findings.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency of financial data workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or financial planning and analysis (FP&A).
- Proficiency in SQL and high-level Excel/Google Sheets skills are mandatory.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and collaborative environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical findings into business-friendly insights.
