Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive data entry and processing for financial transactions and operational metrics
- Analyze financial datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process optimization
- Develop and maintain automated reporting tools for financial KPIs and platform performance metrics
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure data accuracy and system integrity
- Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate financial insights to stakeholders
- Support month-end closing processes with accurate data reconciliation and validation
- Continuously improve data processing workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce errors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis with focus on financial systems
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and financial data processing
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial databases
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to maintain data accuracy
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours with strong time management skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills with experience in identifying data-driven solutions
