Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze transaction data to identify trends, anomalies, and optimization opportunities in payment flows
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards for payment KPIs including success rates, latency, and fraud metrics
- Partner with product teams to define data requirements for new payment features and regional expansions
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives like cost reduction and fraud prevention
- Design automated reporting pipelines to monitor payment ecosystem health
- Present findings to stakeholders with clear visualizations and actionable recommendations
- Ensure compliance with regional payment regulations through data validation frameworks
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related quantitative field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with focus on financial or transactional data
- Expert proficiency in SQL and experience with large-scale data processing (e.g., Spark, Hive)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Strong understanding of payment systems, fraud detection, or fintech domain
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
