Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track key clinical and operational performance indicators (KPIs).
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets from electronic health records (EHR) and financial systems.
- Translate technical findings into clear, impactful insights for stakeholders, including clinical leads and senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and anomalies that influence strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with healthcare data privacy and security regulations.
- Automate recurring reporting processes to improve organizational productivity and data delivery speed.
- Support the design and implementation of predictive models to forecast patient outcomes and resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Health Informatics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a healthcare or clinical research setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python or R) for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikSense.
- Proven ability to interpret complex clinical datasets and identify operational bottlenecks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
