Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze healthcare and financial datasets to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for optimization
- Develop end-to-end analytics pipelines using SQL to extract, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for clinical and finance stakeholders
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support cost reduction initiatives and decision-making processes
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulatory standards
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences through clear visual storytelling
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within healthcare or finance
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and complex query writing
- Advanced skills in Tableau or equivalent data visualization tools
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clinical and finance teams
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) is highly desirable
