- Lead and execute complex data analysis projects to support strategic business decisions.
- Design and develop advanced SQL queries and data models to extract actionable insights.
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Python and visualization tools.
- Perform rigorous data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating technical data into business value.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to improve data pipelines and reporting systems.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to drive process improvements and innovation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist (3+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
