Tanggung Jawab
- Perform in-depth analysis of production data and operational metrics to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to visualize KPIs and track production progress in real-time.
- Collaborate with Industrial Engineers and production teams to implement process optimization strategies and Lean methodologies.
- Conduct statistical analysis and root-cause investigations to support decision-making regarding resource allocation and workflow design.
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and production schedules.
- Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports summarizing findings and presenting recommendations to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or Industrial Engineer in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools including Microsoft Excel (Advanced functions, PivotTables), SQL, and data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present technical data to diverse stakeholders.
