Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze Amazon marketplace performance metrics, including sales trends, advertising spend (ACOS/TACOS), and conversion rates.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards to track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for stakeholders.
- Conduct deep-dive audits on product listings and inventory health to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and data-driven forecasts to inform supply chain and marketing decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize advertising strategies and maximize ROI.
- Perform competitive analysis to monitor market share and emerging trends in the health & wellness sector.
- Translate complex data patterns into actionable business recommendations for executive leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in e-commerce or Amazon marketplace management.
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel (Advanced: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Macros) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central analytics is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup while meeting strict deadlines.
