Join Eraya, a leading player in the retail and consumer goods industry, as our new Data Analyst & Monitoring Supervisor. In this strategic role, you will be at the forefront of our performance management, overseeing the monitoring of critical key performance indicators (KPIs) such as BO (Bill Outlet) and QVO (Quality Value Outlet) by brand, depot, and sales region. You will leverage your analytical expertise to drive sales targets, identify market trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize operational efficiency across the organization.
As a supervisor, you will lead a team of analysts, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting. You will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between raw data and business strategy, empowering management to make informed decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and evaluate the achievement of target values (BO, QVO) by brand, depot, and sales performance.
- Analyze sales data and performance reports to identify variances, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Supervise the data analysis team, ensuring data quality and adherence to company standards.
- Prepare comprehensive performance dashboards and reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with depot managers to develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and security protocols.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to support specific business initiatives and decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within the retail or FMCG industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex data insights clearly.
