Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports aligned with business KPIs
- Perform complex data analysis using SQL, Power Query, and DAX to extract actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver solutions
- Design and optimize data models ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance
- Create compelling data visualizations that effectively communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Automate reporting workflows and implement data governance best practices
- Stay current with BI trends and recommend improvements to existing analytics infrastructure
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI development and DAX
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience with data visualization best practices and storytelling techniques
- Familiarity with ETL processes and data modeling methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly
- Certification in Power BI or related BI tools preferred
