Tanggung Jawab
- Perform real-time data analysis to monitor key business metrics, detect anomalies, and identify emerging trends across banking operations.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau to support decision-making at all levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Marketing, Operations) to define data requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness by implementing rigorous validation checks and quality assurance processes.
- Optimize data collection pipelines and automate recurring reporting workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses and provide timely responses to data requests from management and stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data governance practices and enterprise information management frameworks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (complex queries, joins, subqueries) and experience with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with real-time data processing and streaming platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka, Apache Flink) is highly desirable.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar, with a portfolio of dashboards and reports.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from large, complex datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with data governance, compliance standards, and best practices in a regulated environment.
