PERSOL is currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Redhill. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis, statistical modelling, and machine learning to drive business intelligence. You will be responsible for interpreting complex datasets, identifying key trends, and presenting actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
This is a hands-on position ideal for a proactive individual with at least 2 years of experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop data pipelines, create compelling visualizations, and ensure data integrity across our projects. - Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modelling to support business objectives.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Conduct rigorous data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and report specifications.
- Implement and test machine learning models to enhance predictive capabilities.
- Document data processes and provide training to team members on analytical tools.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, statistical modelling, or machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and manipulation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data insights.
