Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards to track key performance indicators for healthcare operations.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for strategic process improvement.
- Prepare high-impact presentations and visualization reports for executive stakeholders to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to understand business requirements and provide data-backed solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reports and strategic planning documents.
- Participate in periodic reviews to monitor the effectiveness of implemented strategic initiatives.
- Translate technical findings into non-technical language to influence policy and operational adjustments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a government or healthcare setting.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikSense.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas) are essential; SQL proficiency is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record in creating and delivering professional presentations to management teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a logical and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate insights clearly to stakeholders.
