As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for diving deep into complex datasets to uncover patterns of abuse, fraud, and policy violations. Your insights will directly inform our Trust & Safety strategies, ensuring a secure and trustworthy environment for our community. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and potential security risks within user data and platform metrics.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to monitor key Trust & Safety KPIs in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Policy, to address safety concerns and improve user experience.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and ensure data accuracy.
- Investigate escalated cases and provide actionable, data-backed recommendations to the Trust & Safety team.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats, industry trends, and best practices in data privacy and security.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, with a preference for experience in Trust & Safety, Fraud Detection, or Risk Management.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and derive meaningful business insights.
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
