We are seeking a Data Analyst (Trust & Safety) to join our dynamic team at Health Carousel Philippines Inc. As a Trust & Safety Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in monitoring, analyzing, and mitigating risks associated with user data and platform integrity. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that enhance user safety and trust. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies related to fraud, abuse, and security risks.
- Develop and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and risk metrics.
- Collaborate with the Trust & Safety and Policy teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and data accuracy for stakeholders.
- Monitor emerging threats and provide timely alerts to the operations team.
- Perform root cause analysis on reported incidents to prevent recurrence.
- Present findings and insights to management in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Deep understanding of Trust & Safety principles, fraud detection mechanisms, and risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
