- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Create and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports for stakeholders

Kualifikasi
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, program evaluation, or healthcare/behavioral health reporting
- Proficiency in Tableau with experience creating interactive dashboards and reports
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with data visualization principles and best practices
- Experience with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
