Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, maintain, and update high-impact IQVIA databases to ensure data consistency and reliability.
- Onboard and integrate new data suppliers into the system, ensuring seamless data ingestion and mapping.
- Execute complex data validation checks to identify and resolve anomalies or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data management workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Monitor database performance and prepare detailed reports for internal stakeholders.
- Support the documentation of data processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in the troubleshooting of technical data issues while maintaining strict adherence to company security policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, database management, or data administration.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VBA/Macros is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data patterns.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in managing data lifecycles and supplier relationship coordination.
- Ability to work independently with broad guidance while managing multiple project priorities.
