Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain advanced data models and automated reporting solutions for large-scale real estate portfolios.
- Lead the design and implementation of analytics workflows using Dataiku to streamline data preparation and processing.
- Create dynamic, high-impact visualizations and dashboards in Tableau to communicate complex trends to senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance drivers and operational efficiencies.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through rigorous validation and continuous monitoring protocols.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring analytics solutions meet client needs.
- Provide expert consultancy advice on data strategy, governance, and digital transformation initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on real estate or asset management portfolios.
- Advanced proficiency in Dataiku for end-to-end data pipeline orchestration.
- Expertise in Tableau or similar BI tools for interactive dashboard design and data storytelling.
- Strong programming skills (Python or SQL) for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Prior experience in a consulting firm or a high-paced project management environment is highly preferred.
