Turner & Townsend is seeking a talented Data Analytics Consultant with expertise in Dataiku and Tableau to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering actionable insights through advanced analytics and reporting tools, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organisation. You will work closely with real estate portfolio stakeholders to transform complex data into clear, strategic recommendations.
As a key member of our Information & Communication Technology division, you will be responsible for implementing robust data solutions, designing intuitive dashboards, and driving continuous improvement in our analytics capabilities. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Dataiku to monitor real estate portfolio performance.
- Analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimisation across the portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making.
- Implement data validation and quality assurance processes to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support and respond to data requests from senior management and clients.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analytics frameworks and best practices.
- Support the integration of new data sources and tools to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports and visualisations to stakeholders at all levels.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in real estate or portfolio management.
- Proven expertise with Dataiku for data preparation, machine learning, and automation.
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau for data visualisation and dashboard creation.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
- Experience working in a consulting or client-facing role is advantageous.
