- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts to deliver high-impact analytics solutions
- Develop and implement comprehensive data analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Collaborate with department heads to identify data needs and define KPIs
- Design and maintain scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting systems
- Ensure data integrity, quality, and security across all analytics initiatives
- Translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations
- Drive adoption of analytics tools and best practices across the organization
- Stay current with emerging analytics technologies and industry trends
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive analytics experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in data warehousing, ETL processes, and statistical modeling
- Experience with healthcare data systems and regulatory compliance (HITRUP/HIPAA)
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Project management skills with experience delivering complex analytics projects
- Certification in data analytics or healthcare information systems is advantageous
