- Lead a team of data analysts in collecting, processing, and analyzing large datasets
- Develop and implement analytics strategies to support business objectives
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and deliver data-driven solutions
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all analytics projects
- Stay updated with the latest analytics tools, techniques, and industry trends
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and other data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Experience with statistical analysis and machine learning techniques
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
