- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of analytical excellence

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics with 2+ years in leadership
- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical modeling and predictive analytics capabilities
- Experience with logistics, supply chain, or manufacturing data preferred
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and meet deadlines
