We are seeking a highly proficient individual to oversee the administration of our data and analytics platforms, including configuration, maintenance, and user support. You will be responsible for implementing best practices, monitoring system health, and troubleshooting issues to guarantee uptime and reliability. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and administer the organization's data analytics platforms to ensure high availability, security, and scalability.
- Implement and maintain access controls, security policies, and compliance measures for data platforms.
- Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to design and optimize data pipelines and workflows.
- Monitor platform performance, conduct capacity planning, and perform proactive maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, performing root cause analysis for system failures.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for platform configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption of analytics tools.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in data platform administration or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database management (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
- Experience with analytics and visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data warehousing concepts.
- Solid understanding of data security, governance, and compliance standards.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
