As a Data and Platform Specialist, you will manage, optimize, and secure our data platforms. You will take ownership of our data pipelines and warehousing solutions, ensuring data is accessible, reliable, and timely for analytics and operational use. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and implement robust platform solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the architecture, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT).
- Manage and optimize cloud-based data warehousing platforms (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Implement data quality checks and monitoring to ensure high levels of data integrity.
- Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to support advanced analytics and reporting.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and security best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data platform issues in a timely manner.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to improve the data platform ecosystem.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and operations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines for ingesting diverse data sources.
- Manage and optimize data warehouse platforms to ensure high performance and cost efficiency.
- Implement data validation, monitoring, and alerting frameworks.
- Collaborate with data consumers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality datasets.
- Administer user access, roles, and security policies for data platforms.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for data systems and processes.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in data engineering, data analysis, or platform administration.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Scala, Java).
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Solid understanding of data modeling principles (Star Schema, 3NF, Data Vault).
- Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is highly desired.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
