Tanggung Jawab
- Define and drive end-to-end data architecture strategy, including data modeling, integration patterns, and governance frameworks.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, cloud-native data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust, high-performance technical solutions.
- Establish data quality standards, lifecycle management, and security protocols across enterprise systems.
- Oversee the migration of legacy data infrastructures to modern cloud architectures.
- Mentor engineering teams on best practices for data engineering, pipeline development, and performance tuning.
- Act as a subject matter expert in data warehousing, data lakes, and real-time streaming architectures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in data architecture, data modeling, and enterprise systems design.
- Proven expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS (Redshift/Glue), Azure (Synapse/Databricks), or Google Cloud (BigQuery).
- Deep proficiency in SQL and NoSQL database design and complex data warehousing methodologies.
- Experience with data governance, metadata management, and data privacy/security compliance.
- Strong background in data integration tools (ETL/ELT) and streaming technologies like Kafka or Spark.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
