This full-time role requires night shift availability (4:00 PM – 12:00 AM) with 1 monthly RTO day. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions aligned with business objectives
- Develop data models, schemas, and integration frameworks for complex datasets
- Oversee data governance policies, quality controls, and compliance frameworks
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing performance
- Lead data migration and modernization initiatives
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data architecture or similar technical roles
- Proficiency in data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, ERwin, PowerDesigner)
- Strong expertise in SQL/NoSQL databases and ETL processes
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Knowledge of data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
