As a Data Architect, you will define strategic direction and create implementation roadmaps for enterprise data initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for data-related challenges across the organization.
In this critical role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, ensuring that data architecture supports organizational goals while maintaining scalability, security, and compliance standards. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies to design robust data frameworks that enable our financial services clients to derive maximum value from their data assets.

- Define strategic direction and create implementation roadmaps for enterprise data initiatives
- Design and maintain scalable data architectures that support business objectives
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across all data systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Stay current with emerging data technologies and industry best practices
- Lead data governance initiatives and establish data management policies
- Mentor and guide junior team members on data architecture principles
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in data architecture, with at least 3 years in financial services
- Expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL processes
- Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and compliance requirements
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional certifications in data architecture or related field preferred
