Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive enterprise data architecture standards, policies, and procedures.
- Design, model, and implement scalable, high-performance data solutions (conceptual, logical, and physical).
- Ensure data architecture compliance with regulatory requirements and internal data governance frameworks.
- Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into technical data requirements.
- Evaluate and recommend new data technologies, tools, and platforms to enhance data capabilities and efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship on data architecture best practices across the organization.
- Oversee the integrity, security, and quality of enterprise data assets throughout their lifecycle.
- Participate in strategic planning for data initiatives and contribute to long-term data roadmap development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or similar senior data roles.
- Strong expertise in designing and managing data solutions across relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Proven experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
- Proficiency in data modeling tools and techniques (e.g., ERDs, Data Vault, Dimensional Modeling).
- Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating strong self-management and collaborative skills.
