Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive, scalable enterprise manufacturing data architecture that supports OT 4.0 initiatives and digital transformation goals.
- Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and best practices for all OT and IT data assets, ensuring data quality, security, and compliance.
- Architect and optimize data pipelines, integration strategies, and data models for collecting, processing, and storing data from diverse OT sources (e.g., PLCs, SCADA, MES, historians, IoT devices).
- Collaborate closely with IT and OT teams, engineers, and business stakeholders to gather data requirements and translate them into robust, efficient, and future-proof architectural solutions.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new data technologies, platforms (cloud/on-premise), and tools to enhance data capabilities and drive innovation in analytics and AI/ML.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and regulatory compliance of all manufacturing data within the ecosystem.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to data engineers and developers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Define and implement data quality frameworks and strategies for continuous data improvement and master data management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in data architecture, with at least 3-5 years specifically focused on manufacturing data, industrial IoT, or operational technology (OT) environments.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale data solutions using major cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) and/or on-premise data centers.
- Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques (conceptual, logical, physical), ETL/ELT processes, data warehousing, and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, Kafka).
- Deep familiarity with OT systems and industrial communication protocols (e.g., OPC UA, Modbus, MQTT), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, and historian databases.
- Demonstrated experience with data governance, data security, and compliance frameworks.
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge technical and business requirements.
- Ability to lead complex data projects, mentor technical teams, and drive the adoption of new technologies.
