Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement scalable data architecture solutions tailored to the People Team's requirements, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Develop and maintain robust data models and schemas for HR information systems, including recruitment, payroll, and performance management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical data specifications.
- Oversee data migration projects and ensure seamless integration of new HR technologies into existing data ecosystems.
- Establish data governance frameworks to maintain high standards of data quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Create and optimize data pipelines to support real-time reporting and ad-hoc analytical queries for HR leadership.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to enhance HR operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in data architecture, data modeling, or database administration within the HR or IT sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data modeling tools such as Erwin, PowerDesigner, or Lucidchart.
- Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts (e.g., Kimball or Inmon methodologies) and ETL processes.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and People Analytics tools is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
