Are you an expert in SAP Data Archiving and Information Lifecycle Management? SAPExperts is currently seeking a highly skilled Data Archiving Specialist to join our team for a critical, high-impact engagement. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in optimizing our clients' SAP landscapes by implementing robust data archiving strategies, ensuring compliance, and significantly improving system performance.
As a Mid to Senior Consultant, you will be the bridge between technical data architecture and business efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and monitor archiving projects that streamline data growth and reduce storage footprints. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your specialized skills in a dynamic project environment, helping enterprise clients maintain peak operational performance while adhering to strict regulatory requirements.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute end-to-end SAP data archiving strategies using SAP ILM (Information Lifecycle Management).
- Analyze current data volumes and define archiving objects to optimize database performance.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to identify data retention requirements and compliance policies.
- Perform system health checks and post-archiving validation to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Manage the configuration of ILM retention rules and legal holds for business data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the archiving process to minimize system downtime.
- Provide detailed documentation and training to internal stakeholders regarding new archiving workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of professional experience in SAP Technical Consulting, with a specific focus on SAP Data Archiving.
- Deep understanding of SAP ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) and its application in large-scale ERP environments.
- Experience with SAP NetWeaver, S/4HANA archiving objects, and database performance tuning.
- Strong knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance requirements concerning information retention.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to convey complex data concepts.
- Professional certification in SAP Archiving or SAP ILM is highly preferred.
