Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 3D BIM models for data center infrastructure projects
- Generate precise technical drawings and documentation using Revit and AutoCAD
- Perform clash detection and coordinate MEP systems integration
- Develop and maintain BIM standards and protocols for data center projects
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure design compliance with industry standards
- Support construction phase through model validation and issue resolution
- Manage project documentation and model version control
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Architectural Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of BIM drafting experience with data center projects
- Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure systems
- Certification in BIM management or related technology preferred
- Proven ability to deliver accurate technical documentation
- Experience with clash detection and coordination workflows
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
