We are currently looking for a Data Center Critical Facilities Engineer to join our team in Singapore. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous operation and reliability of all mechanical and electrical systems that power and cool our data centers. Your expertise will directly impact the uptime and performance of our customers' critical IT equipment.
As a Critical Facilities Engineer, you will perform hands-on operation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, electrical distribution, emergency generators, UPS systems, fire detection and suppression, and building automation systems. You will proactively monitor system performance, respond to alarms, and troubleshoot anomalies to prevent service disruptions. You will also be involved in capacity management, energy efficiency projects, and the development of operational best practices.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain HVAC systems including chillers, cooling towers, and CRAH units to ensure optimal environmental conditions.
- Monitor and maintain electrical infrastructure including UPS, generators, switchgear, and power distribution units.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all critical facility systems.
- Respond to and resolve facility emergencies and alarms, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Manage building management systems (BMS) and track performance metrics.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repairs.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for critical systems.
- Participate in capacity planning and energy efficiency initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Baccalaureate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in critical facilities operations, preferably in a data center environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and fire suppression systems.
- Experience with BMS and monitoring tools.
- Relevant certifications such as CEM, CFM, or NCPE are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
- Availability for on-call duties and occasional overtime.
