Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform preventive maintenance and corrective actions on critical facility equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards in a data center environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents and minimize downtime.
- Document maintenance activities and generate reports for continuous improvement.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing facility reliability and efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in data center critical facilities operations or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical power distribution, and mechanical infrastructure.
- Familiarity with building management systems (BMS) and monitoring tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment with flexible shift schedules if required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse team.
- Certifications such as Data Center Certified Associate (DCCA) or HVAC certifications are a plus.
