Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee operation, maintenance, and optimization of mechanical systems including HVAC, CRAC units, and cooling towers
- Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs on critical facilities equipment
- Monitor environmental parameters (temperature, humidity, pressure) and adjust systems accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement capacity planning and infrastructure upgrades
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards (ASHRAE, NFPA)
- Document maintenance activities, system performance, and incident reports
- Analyze energy consumption patterns and recommend efficiency improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- 5+ years of experience in critical facilities operations, preferably in data centers
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water plants, and power distribution
- Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, Energy Management, Data Center Design)
- Proficiency with building management systems and monitoring tools
- Ability to work under pressure during emergency situations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical documentation abilities
