Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain server hardware, storage systems, and network infrastructure
- Implement and optimize virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Ensure physical and cybersecurity compliance for data center operations
- Perform capacity planning and infrastructure scaling initiatives
- Document and troubleshoot complex system issues with root cause analysis
- Coordinate hardware installations, upgrades, and decommissioning activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on disaster recovery planning
- Adhere to industry standards (ISO 27001, PCI-DSS) and internal SLAs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in data center operations or infrastructure management
- Proficiency with server hardware (Dell, HP, Lenovo) and storage systems
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, BGP) and firewalls
- Certifications preferred: CCNA, CompTIA Server+, VMware VCP, or CDCP
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds)
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and documentation abilities
