Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and maintain data center physical and logical infrastructure to ensure 99.99% uptime.
- Perform regular preventative maintenance on server racks, cabling, and cooling systems.
- Manage incident response for hardware failures, power issues, or network disruptions in a 24/7 shift cycle.
- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot server hardware and storage components.
- Maintain detailed documentation of facility logs, incident reports, and asset tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and vendors to resolve complex technical escalations.
- Enforce security protocols and ensure strict physical access compliance within the data center.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in data center operations or critical environment maintenance.
- Proven ability to work independently in a 24/7 rotational shift schedule.
- Strong understanding of server hardware (Dell, HP, Cisco) and structured cabling standards.
- Experience with Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools and monitoring software.
- Exceptional troubleshooting skills and the ability to remain calm under high-pressure scenarios.
- Valid certification such as CDCP, CCNA, or CompTIA Server+ is highly advantageous.
