We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Center Engineer to join a premier construction firm in Jakarta. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of data center infrastructure projects, from initial design and construction to commissioning and operational handover.
The ideal candidate is a technical expert with a deep understanding of mission-critical facilities, cooling systems, power distribution, and fire suppression systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards of uptime and reliability.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end execution of data center construction projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety protocols.
- Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) contractors to ensure seamless integration of data center critical systems.
- Supervise on-site engineering activities, including installation, testing, and commissioning of power and cooling infrastructure.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing regular reports to senior management on progress and potential bottlenecks.
- Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure compliance with global data center standards (e.g., Uptime Institute Tier levels).
- Troubleshoot technical issues during the construction and commissioning phases.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and technical drawings for facility handover.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data center construction, facility management, or critical infrastructure projects.
- Deep technical knowledge of UPS, generators, HVAC, chilled water systems, and fire protection systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and CAD drawings.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and construction site safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, with the ability to manage vendor relationships effectively.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight project deadlines.
