Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily preventive maintenance on critical infrastructure including HVAC, electrical systems, and power distribution units
- Perform rapid diagnostic and corrective maintenance to resolve equipment malfunctions
- Monitor environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, pressure) and adjust systems proactively
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities, incidents, and system performance
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for equipment upgrades and replacements
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards (ASHRAE, TIA-942)
- Participate in emergency response drills and incident resolution procedures
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Facilities Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data center operations or critical facilities maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical power distribution, and cooling infrastructure
- Proficiency with building management systems (BMS) and monitoring tools
- Valid electrical or HVAC certification preferred (e.g., FCCA, HVAC Technician)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems
