Tanggung Jawab
- Operate, maintain, and repair mechanical systems in Google's data centers, including HVAC, cooling solutions, and power distribution
- Monitor facility performance metrics and implement preventive maintenance protocols to ensure optimal uptime
- Respond to emergency situations and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues in mission-critical environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement facility improvement projects and system upgrades
- Document all maintenance activities, system performance, and incident reports according to Google's standards
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry best practices in all facility operations
- Participate in the design and implementation of new data center facilities and mechanical systems
- Train junior technicians and contribute to continuous improvement of facility operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center facilities or mission-critical environment maintenance
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, cooling solutions, and power distribution infrastructure
- Professional certifications in facilities management, HVAC, or data center operations preferred
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) and facility monitoring tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations as required
