Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of mission-critical data center mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems.
- Lead proactive and reactive maintenance programs to ensure maximum uptime and infrastructure reliability.
- Supervise a team of technicians and third-party contractors to execute facility upgrades and routine repairs.
- Monitor facility performance metrics (PUE, thermal efficiency) and implement strategies to optimize energy usage.
- Ensure full compliance with regional safety, environmental, and industry-specific regulations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional global teams for capacity planning and infrastructure scaling projects.
- Develop and manage facility budgets, including vendor contracts and equipment lifecycle management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in managing mission-critical facilities, data centers, or high-availability industrial environments.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, UPS, generators, and power distribution units.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia is required for effective stakeholder communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proven ability to manage high-pressure incidents in 24/7 environments.
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Exceptional leadership skills with a focus on team development and safety culture.
