Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical systems, including chillers, pumps, fans, and associated piping.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal facility performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to plan and execute facility upgrades and modernization projects.
- Monitor and control building automation systems to maintain environmental conditions within strict parameters.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and Google standards.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections accurately in our management systems.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in HVAC or mechanical engineering is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in facilities maintenance, specifically in data centers or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, particularly HVAC, chillers, and building automation.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the facility as needed.
- Basic proficiency in reading technical schematics and blueprints.
