Tanggung Jawab
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot mechanical systems including HVAC, cooling towers, and CRAC units
- Perform preventive maintenance on data center infrastructure to ensure optimal performance
- Respond to facility emergencies and implement corrective actions for mechanical failures
- Monitor environmental controls (temperature, humidity, airflow) and adjust systems as needed
- Collaborate with electrical teams to support integrated facility operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards during all maintenance activities
- Document maintenance activities and system performance in facility management software
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC/refrigeration preferred
- Minimum 3 years experience in commercial data center or industrial mechanical systems
- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including power distribution
- Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and implement solutions
- Valid HVAC certification (EPA 608 Type II or higher) required
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call rotations
- Proficiency with facility management software and diagnostic tools
