Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage International Data Center (IDC) engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to technical specifications and industry standards
- Oversee mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems implementation, including power distribution, cooling systems, and critical infrastructure components
- Coordinate civil works for data center facilities, including site preparation, structural design, and construction management
- Manage cross-border project delivery, navigating international regulations, customs requirements, and logistical challenges
- Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments for new data center locations worldwide
- Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budgets are met
- Implement best practices for data center operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field with minimum 5 years of experience in data center infrastructure
- Proven track record of managing International Data Center (IDC) engineering projects from start to finish
- Expertise in mechanical and electrical (M&E) systems specifically for data center environments
- Strong knowledge of civil works requirements for data center construction and expansion
- Experience with cross-border project delivery and international regulatory compliance
- Professional certifications such as PMP, LEED, or data center-specific credentials (e.g., CDCP, CDCE) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in real-time
