Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the complete end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and storage processes.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of logistics professionals to ensure operational goals are met.
- Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to ensure 100% accuracy and asset tracking.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and operational protocols within the warehouse.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to streamline dispatch schedules and delivery timelines.
- Manage asset lifecycle reporting and conduct regular audits of warehouse equipment and facilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in warehouse management, asset management, or logistics operations.
- Proven leadership experience managing teams in a fast-paced manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory management software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region as required.
