In this role, you will be the backbone of our data center supply chain, ensuring that mission-critical hardware and facility components are managed, tracked, and delivered with precision.
As a Data Center Logistics professional, you will work in a fast-paced environment where safety, accuracy, and efficiency are paramount. You will collaborate with site engineering teams, security personnel, and vendors to maintain the seamless flow of equipment within our high-security facility. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the receipt, inspection, and systematic logging of incoming server hardware and IT infrastructure components.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital management systems to track assets from entry to deployment.
- Execute site-wide material handling, including moving heavy hardware safely within white space areas and staging rooms.
- Liaise with delivery vendors and internal security to ensure timely and compliant site access for shipments.
- Perform regular stock audits and cycle counts to ensure 100% inventory accuracy.
- Prepare outbound shipments and manage return-merchandise-authorization (RMA) processes for faulty equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and loading dock environment at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or logistics, preferably within an industrial or technical environment.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) for inventory tracking and reporting.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving hardware crates safely.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict safety protocols and security regulations.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a secure, fast-paced environment.
