Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and execute complex critical switching and isolation procedures to facilitate seamless maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure all data center infrastructure (HVAC, UPS, Generators, PDU) operates at peak efficiency.
- Manage end-to-end preventative and predictive maintenance schedules for all mission-critical equipment.
- Lead emergency response efforts during site incidents, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Method of Procedures (MOPs) to minimize risk.
- Monitor site performance metrics and KPIs, reporting regularly to senior management and clients.
- Direct external contractors and vendors, ensuring all site work complies with safety and quality requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Facility Engineering (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in data center operations or critical facilities management.
- Expert knowledge of mission-critical systems, including chillers, CRAH units, UPS, and backup power systems.
- Strong understanding of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems.
- Proven track record in safety management, with a sound understanding of electrical safety and isolation protocols.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in high-pressure scenarios.
- Proficiency in Building Management Systems (BMS) and Data Center Infrastructure Management (DCIM) tools.
