Are you a skilled Mechanical Engineer looking to play a pivotal role in one of the Philippines' leading digital infrastructure providers? Converge ICT Solutions is currently seeking a highly motivated Data Center Mechanical Engineer to join our operations team in Pampanga. In this critical position, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing critical mechanical systems, including HVAC, chilled water loops, and fire suppression mechanisms, ensuring the highest levels of uptime and data center reliability.
As a Data Center Mechanical Engineer at Converge, you will ensure that our facilities operate at peak efficiency. You will oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of complex cooling systems, troubleshoot mechanical failures, and implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs. Our data centers are the backbone of the digital economy, and your expertise will be essential in safeguarding our infrastructure against heat, humidity, and potential hazards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct preventive maintenance, safety audits, and system upgrades.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC, chilled water, and fire suppression systems to ensure 99.999% data center uptime.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections on mechanical equipment, including chillers, cooling towers, and CRAC units.
- Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) to optimize energy consumption and identify potential system inefficiencies.
- Conduct troubleshooting and repair of mechanical failures to minimize downtime and service interruptions.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations and company environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
- Document all maintenance activities, system changes, and performance reports accurately for audit and record-keeping purposes.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement infrastructure upgrades and modernization projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mechanical engineering, preferably within a Data Center, Datacom, or Industrial facility environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water plants, fire suppression systems (e.g., FM200, Novec), and Building Management Systems (BMS).
- Familiarity with Piping systems, pumps, and compressors is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, 24/7 operational environment.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license as a Mechanical Engineer.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
