Join Converge ICT Solutions, a leading provider of high-speed internet and data services in the Philippines, as a Data Center Mechanical Engineer. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the operational excellence and reliability of our critical infrastructure. You will design, maintain, and optimize complex mechanical systems, including Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), chilled water plants, and advanced fire suppression systems. Your expertise will directly contribute to minimizing downtime, maximizing energy efficiency, and upholding the highest safety standards within our state-of-the-art data centers.
As part of our facilities team, you will act as the guardian of our thermal and environmental systems, working in a dynamic environment that requires both technical precision and proactive problem-solving. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, install, and maintain HVAC and chilled water systems to ensure precise temperature control and humidity regulation.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance and detailed inspections on mechanical equipment, chillers, and pumps.
- Monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) and alarm panels to detect anomalies and resolve issues proactively.
- Perform troubleshooting and repairs on fire suppression and fire alarm systems to ensure compliance.
- Ensure all mechanical operations adhere to local electrical codes (NEC), safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize facility layouts and improve overall energy efficiency.
- Document maintenance logs, technical reports, and system performance data accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Data Center Facilities Management, M&E Engineering, or similar industrial environments.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, chillers, and fire suppression technologies.
- Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS) and control logic.
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) License is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
